Basis Social wins bid for the Office for National Statistics

Hot on the heels of our appointment to lead behavioural insights research for BEIS, we’ve been commissioned by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) to carry out research in support of the government’s Inclusive Data Taskforce.

We are delighted to be delivering this qualitative research which will involve speaking with both Civil Society Organisations and members of groups currently under-represented in national statistics or who have protected characteristics. The intention will be to identify how data and evidence can be more inclusive, and what the requirements are for making this possible.

Key to our approach, as with all our research, is ensuring that our team reflect those who we will be speaking with, helping build trust, rapport and an authentic understanding of their views.
