Health Research Executive / Senior Executive
We’re looking for an exceptional Executive to join our growing, bright and ambitious London based Healthcare team!
You will be responsible for the end to end management of projects, working closely with our senior researchers and external suppliers to ensure everything is on track throughout. The role is critical in ensuring that our focus on providing the highest quality inputs and outputs is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities include briefing fieldwork partners, fieldwork management and quota monitoring, research material development (screeners, discussion guides), proof reading and assisting in moderation / analysis.

You’ll be working with like-minded individuals in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, delivering bespoke research projects for a range of clients. We work with leading global healthcare brands as well as small bio-techs.
Senior Executives are critical in ensuring that our focus on providing the highest quality insights and deliverables is maintained throughout the project lifecycle, as well as sustaining and growing client relationships. You will have a range of responsibilities, including day-to-day management of projects and analyzing and interpreting research.
We’re looking for someone who makes it a priority to complete allocated tasks efficiently and with attention to detail, supports other team members with enthusiasm, and takes responsibility for their career and skill development. We are known for pushing the boundaries in our methodologies and deliverables, and our ideal hire will be not only bright, but creative and ambitious in helping us to rise to these standards. We have a desire for someone who is equally intrigued by both qualitative and quantitative research.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who understands the research process and priorities at each stage, designs reliably strong research materials and makes a tangible, visible contribution to a project team, as well as:
Clear understanding of the research process
Mastering the basics at all project stages
Leading day-to-day project logistics: liaising with suppliers, keeping rest of team clearly updated on project status
Monitoring fieldwork progress (e.g. checking quotas in quant, requesting recruitment updates in qual) to ensure projects run smoothly
Competent design of project materials e.g. questionnaires / discussion guides on smaller projects, screeners
Confident and intelligent in client interaction
Involvement in debrief writing and deliverables, creating clear and interesting charts to contribute to a presentation story
Proactive approach: thinking ahead to potential problems…and coming up with possible solutions
High level of accuracy across all work
