We work in partnership with our clients and, wherever relevant, their creative agencies to build a process which everyone feels bought into. Starting every project with an in-depth workshop and briefing, we establish clear creative intent by analyzing the underlying insights and their expected impact on the audience.
Despite this established approach, creative briefs are unique and require tailored research strategies. To achieve this, we design a custom approach for every project – exploring options from selecting ideal stimulus to potential uses of insight-tech tools such as neuro-imaging and facial coding.
Reading non-verbal cues – body language, unspoken signals – is paramount to our analysis. We keep groups small and session lengths short to encourage natural behavior and minimize over-rational thinking.
