Basis Social to explore Precautionary Allergy Labelling for the Food Standards Agency

Basis Social, in partnership with Bright Harbour, have won a bid for the Food Standards Agency (FSA) to explore consumer and food business knowledge, attitudes and behaviours towards Precautionary Allergen Labelling (PAL).

We will be using a combination of auto-ethnographic exercises, group elicitation and co-creation sessions, to understand lived experience around the use of labelling to yield rich insights into consumer and business context and practice.
